Configuring Network Identification

In some installations, network permissions may be required to access network resources.
Once this network information is configured and if you have the proper permissions, you
can access resources on the network (for example, network printers) or other computers
using 3820TX tablet thin client.
Note
Ask your network administrator for a User ID, domain name, and password if
you do not have them.
To configure network identification, complete the following procedures:
1. Tap Start | Settings | Control Panel.
2. Double-tap the Network icon to open the properties sheet.
3. To enter or change the Network Identification, Tap the Identification tab.
4. Enter the User Name, Password and Domain information.
5. Click OK to save the settings.

Additional Security Features

If the wireless network has additional security requirements (e.g., WEP encryption, LEAP)
you must configure the security capabilities of the PCMCIA card.
