3.5.9 Media FLO (The Media FLO function is for CU920)
The Media FLO system is an end-to-end solution that enables multicasting of high-quality video, audio,
clipcast media, and IP datacasting. The MediaFLO system uses forward link-only(FLO™)technology_a
new air interface designed to increase capacity and reduce the costs of content delivery to mobile
devices. The QUALCOMM FLO chipset RBR1000™ Ics can be integrated into handsets for receiving
FLO multicast signals.
