NEVER LEAVE HEATER UNATTENDED WHILE
Problem
The heater does not run, even
when it is plugged in and the
thermostat is switched on
The heating element is glowing
The appliance didn't heat up,
only the ventilator worked.
Abnormal noise.

Troubleshooting

1. The plug is loose, bad
connection.
1. The input voltage is too
high or too low
2. The air inlet grill is blocked.
1. The switch was not on a
heat setting
2. Desired room temperature
reached
3. The self-resetting cut-out
initiated
1. The appliance is not
standing upright.
Cause
Solution
1. Pull out the plug, check
the connection of the plug
and socket. Then connect
again.
1. Use correct power supply
stated on the rating label.
2. Keep the heater away from
items such as; plastic bags,
paper, and other items that
can cover the air inlet.
1. Turn the switch to the
desired heat setting
2. Thermostat will shut
off once desired room
temperature is reached.
Heater is operating
correctly.
3. Turn the heater off and
inspect the blockage of inlet
or outlet. Disconnect the
plug and wait at least 10
minutes for the protection
system to reset before
attempting to restart the
heater.
1. Place the heater on a level
surface.
