The Seam Has Uneven Stitches
Is the thread tension correct?
Is the thread you are using thick or slubbed?
Is the bobbin thread evenly wound?
Is a correct needle used?

Attach correct presser foot.
Change the needle.
Attach Sensor Q-Foot.
Insert needle correctly, see Changing the Needle, page 29.
Use needle system 130/705 H.
Use a needle suitable for selected fabric and thread. See
Selecting Correct Thread/Needle Combination, page 31.
Insert a new needle.
Remove the thread completely and rethread the machine, see
Horizontal Spool Pin, page 29.
Change the needle to the proper size for the thread.
Change to a new high quality thread purchased from an
authorized HUSQVARNA® VIKING® retailer.
Try a different spool pin position (vertical or horizontal).
Change the needle plate.
Lower the thread tension in small increments until problem is
solved.
Use only the original bobbins approved for this model.
Check the bobbin thread.
Change the needle plate.
Clean lint from bobbin area and use only the original bobbins
approved for this model.
Wind a new bobbin.
Check needle thread tension.
Remove the thread completely and rethread the machine, see
