4. Remove the air filter case cover by re¬
moving the screws as shown.
5. Pull out the element.
6. Tap the element lightly to remove most
of the dust and dirt and blow out the re¬
maining dirt with compressed air from
the outer surface of the element. If the
element is damaged, replace it.
7. Reassemble by reversing the removal
procedure.
