Installing Cap Plugs and Evaporator Covers
I I m m p p o o r r t t a a n n t t : : Cap plugs are provided to plug the two evaporator mounting access holes located directly above the drain
pan. These plugs must be installed to prevent water in the drain pan from spilling out of these holes and
into the cargo area.
1. Install C C A A P P P P L L U U G G S S - 2 per evaporator.
2. Install S S I I D D E E C C O O V V E E R R S S onto evaporator and secure with screws.
3.
Install F F R R O O N N T T C C O O V V E E R R into support channel of evaporator and secure with screws.
4. Install R R E E A A R R C C O O V V E E R R into support channel of evaporator and secure with screws.
