Mount the choke lever.
Tip: Hold the holder down with a chisel. Pull the choke
lever straight out.

Mount the air filter with its snap fasteners.

7.3.5 Basic carburettor settings

L-Low revolution nozzle. Turn up the idle to about
2700 rpm with the T-screw. Turn the L-needle
clockwise until the engine's number of revolutions
drop, then turn the L-needle counterclockwise
about one turn. After that adjust the idle on the
T-screw to about 2300 rpm. Use special tool 531 00
48-63 and special tool 502 71 14-01.

H-High revolution nozzle. Give it full throttle and
adjust the H-needle until the number of revolutions
is between 5900-6100 rpm. Turn the H-needle
clockwise until the number of revolutions drops,
then turn the H-needle counterclockwise about
one turn. Use special tool 531 00 48-63 and
special tool 502 71 14-01.
3.
Motion limiters. Carefully tap the motion limiters
into place.
