1 Rolls, muffins

PROCEDURE
Arrange on a double layer of paper towels; cover with another
towel.
2 Casserole
l-4 cups
To reheat, flatten on plate or place in bowl. Cover with vented
plastic wrap. Stir before serving, if possible.
3 Baked potatoes
l-6 med. size
Prick; place on paper towel directly on turntable. After cooking
remove from oven and let stand wrapped in foil 5 minutes.
4 Fresh vegetables
l-4 cups
Place in a microwave-safe
container. For beans, carrots, corn,
and peas, add I tablespoon
water per cup. For broccoli,
brussels sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower, cook immediately
after washing with no additional water. If you like tender-crisp
vegetables,
set the Auto Cook quantity for half the amount of
vegetables
you are actually cooking. For example, when
cooking 2 cups of vegetables,
set Auto Cook for 1 cup. Cover
with lid or plastic wrap. After cooking, remove from oven, stir,
cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes before sewing.
5 Frozen vegetables
I-4 cups
Place in a microwave-safe
container. Cover with lid or plastic
wrap. After cooking remove from oven, stir, cover and let
stand 3 minutes before serving.
NOTE:

If YOU enter an amount not shown in the chart above, "ERROR" will appear. Auto Cook will only operate
with the amounts shown.

When cooking a 10 oz package of frozen vegetables
(this equals about 1 % cups), touch "1" for 1 cup of
'lender crisp" vegetables
(you cannot enter l/i cup amounts) or touch "2" for two cups of vegetables
more fully cooked.
