  • Page 9 TESTING YOUR DINNERWARE III.IIm- --II III~~~-~~~~~~~- Test dinneware or cookware before using. To test a dish for safe use, put it into the oven with a cup of water beside it. Cook at 100% cook power for one minute. If the dish gets hot and water stays cool, do not use it.

AUTO COOK has preset times and cook powers for six major food categories: Fresh Vegetables, Frozen Vegetables, Rice, Ground Meat, Fish Fillets, and Frozen Main Dish. The 3-stage AUTO DEFROST cycle defrosts ground meat, steaks, chops, fish, and chicken pieces. All you do is touch AUTO DEFROST, then enter the weight of the items being defrosted.
