    Defrosting tips When using EASY DEFROST, the weight to be entered is the net weight (the weight of the food minus the container). Enter weight to the nearest l/2 lb. Only use EASY DEFROST for raw food. EASY DEFROST gives best results when food to be thawed is a minimum of 0°F.
