Install a ventilating fan in the rack to prevent the increase
in the temperature inside a rack when multiple units are put
in one rack.

1-8-2. Joining Two PFV-L02s

After that, two units are described as "unit A" and "unit
B".
1. Loosen the eight screws of units A and B, respectively,
then remove protectors (four each).
2. Remove the two stepped screws of unit B.

3. Install the rack angles outside units A and B with
supplied two screws (B 4x5) each.
(Refer to the next column, the upper figure.)
4. Insert the stepped screws of unit A into the joint holes
of unit B and slide unit B in the direction indicated by
the arrow.

At that time, confirm that the two units are joined
securely.
5. Remove the front panels of units A and B.
(Refer to Section 1-5.)
6. Install the joint bracket in units A and B and secure it
with two screws (PS 3x6).

For the rack mounting, refer to the Installation Manual of
RMM-10.

Be sure to use the screws (B 4x5) supplied with the
PFV-L02 when securing the rack brackets. In this case, do
