When replacing the flow switch or PCB, both the power box and flow switch must be replaced together.This will
prevent any reciprocal interference.
For exchanging a vertical flow switch see the instructions at the end of the document.

PCB / flow switch replacement
1. Disconnect the system from the power supply before opening it.
2. Close the cold water supply.
3. Release line pressure on the DHW side by opening a nearby DHW
draw-off point.
4. Remove the insulation shell.
5. Remove retaining split pin (Fig. 1), then pull out the flow switch (Fig. 2).
6. Remove the power box and open it with a screwdriver.
7. Observe the terminal assignments and cable colours.
8. Undo all clamping connectors on the PCB (Fig. 3).
9. Replace the power box.
10. Insert the connecting cable of the new flow switch into the cable entry of
the power box.
11. Insert all cables into the terminal strips (adhere to terminal assignments)
and connect them to the PCB (Fig. 3).
12. Close the power box and place it back inside the insulation shell.
13. Insert the flow switch (take note of the installation position) and secure
with split pin (reverse order to Fig. 1 and 2). Before doing so, grease the
O-ring on the flow switch with silicone grease.
14. Mount the insulation shell.
15. Open the cold water supply.
16. Close the DHW draw-off point once the system has been fully vented.
17. Reconnect the system to the power supply.
