22. Evacuação do ar durante o enchimento
da instalação
Abra todos os dispositivos de corte da instalação (manuais
ou automáticos);
Inicie o enchimento, abrindo lentamente a torneira de
enchimento de água da instalação;
Para os modelos instalados na posição vertical, atue
(utilizando uma chave de fendas) no respirador superior da
bateria; para os aparelhos instalados na posição horizontal,
atue no respirador inferior.
Quando começar a sair água da válvula de descompressão
do aparelho, feche-a e continue a encher até ao valor
de nominal previsto para a instalação;.
Verifique a estanquidade hidráulica das juntas.
E recomendável repetir esta operação após algumas
horas de funcionamento do aparelho e verificar
periodicamente a pressão da instalação;.
23. Primeira colocação em serviço
Avisos preliminares
A primeira colocação em funcionamento do aparelho deve
ser realizada pelo Serviço de Assistência Técnica RIELLO.
Certifique-se de que:
Todas as condições de segurança são respeitadas
Todas as ligações tenham sido efetuadas corretamente
O teste hidráulico do circuito e da descarga dos condensados
tenham tido resultado positivo
A ligação à terra tenha sido realizada corretamente
O aberto de todas as ligações tenha sido efetuado
corretamente
Arranque
Posicione o interruptor principal do aparelho em "ligado"
Ative o aparelho com o comando.
Verifique o os vários modos de funcionamento.

respetivas instruções.

22. Evacuation of air when filling system
Open all the system interception devices (manual or
automatic);
Start the filling by slowly opening the system water filling
tap;
For the installed in a vertical position, take a screwdriver and
act on the highest breather of the battery; for appliances
installed in a horizontal position, act on the highest
positioned breather.
When water starts coming out of the breather valves
of the appliance, close them and continue filling until
reaching the nominal value for the system.
Check the hydraulic seal of the gaskets.
It is advisable to repeat these operations after the
appliance has been running for a few hours and
periodically check the pressure of the system.

23. First commissioning

Preliminary instructions
The equipment's first commissioning must be carried
out by the RIELLO Technical Service staff.
Check that:
All safety conditions have been fulfilled
All connections have been made correctly
The hydraulic test of the circuit and condensate discharge
has been done successfully.
Grounding has been done correctly.
All connections have been fastened well.
Start
Position the unit's main switch in the "on" position.
Turn the unit on with the control..
Check performance in the various modes.

to use the control.
