Play Messages (M 8-3)
You can play back the messages saved with Answer Phone.

"Call Manager" "Play Messages"
Playback automatically ends when all messages have been played.
To stop playback, press U.
Press V (or a) to increase the volume or press W (or b) to
decrease the volume.
To play back previous message, press c.
To play back the next message, press B or d.
To delete the message being played back, press [Delete]
during playback.
Note
• Up to 20 messages (a total of approximately 90 seconds) can be
recorded. Answer Phone cannot be used when the remaining
available recording time is less than 12 seconds, or when 20
messages are already saved. In such cases, delete unnecessary
messages.
Tip
• Press U in standby to play back the message saved with
Answer Phone.
Manage Groups (M 8-5)
Different ringtones can be set for each group.

1. Highlight the desired group.
2. Press [Options] and select "Assign Tone/Video".
3. Select "For Voice Call" or "For New Message".
4. Select "Assign Tone".
5. Select "Preset Sounds", "Sound Gallery", "Video Gallery" or
®
"Flash ".
6. Select the desired tone or video clip.
Editing the Group Name

1. Highlight the desired group name.
2. Press [Edit] and select "Edit Name".
3. Modify the name.
