    This chapter explains how to use the 16089E Kelvin Clip Leads. Initial Inspection The 16089E has been carefully inspected electrically and mechanically before being shipped from the factory. It should be in perfect physical condition, no scratches, dents or the like, and they should be in perfect electrical condition.
