Safety Warnings and Cautions Caution: This product is designed to work with power systems having a grounded neutral. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not plug this product into any other type of power system. Contact a qualified elec- trician if you are not sure what type of power is supplied to your building.
Do not access the inside of the power supply. There are no serviceable parts in the power supply. Return to manufacturer for servicing. Power down the server and disconnect all power cords before adding or replacing any non hot-plug component. When replacing a hot-plug power supply, unplug the power cord to the power supply being replaced before removing the power supply from the server.
Network Interface Card Options The following lists the option cards that are available for the S500-based appliances. The low-profile option cards can be installed into any of the PCIe slots, including the on-board PCIe slots and the PCIe expansion module slots. Full-height cards, with a system maximum of 2, can only be installed in the PCIe expansion module, slots 3 and 4.
