8.3 Troubleshooting without display code
Problem
Washing machine
fails to operate.
Washing machine
will not be filled
with water.
Machine is draining
while being filled.
Drainage failu re.
Strong vibration
while spinning.
Operation stops
before completing

Excessive foam
floats drum and/or

Programme is not yet started.
Door is not properly closed.
Machine has not been switched on.
Power failure.
Child lock is activated.

Inlet hose is kinked.

Height of drain hose is below 80

Remove all transportation
bolts.
Ensure solid ground and a
evelled position.
Check load weight and balance.
Check power and water supply.
Consider display codes.
Reduce or adjust load.
Cancel programme and restart.
Check detergent recommen
dations.
Reduce amount of detergent.
This is normal and doesn't
affect functionality.
Check machine load and
laundry and run a spinning
programme again.
