If
ON
is selected, pressing

at the maximum opti-
cal zoom position will trigger digital zoom, further
magnifying the image. To cancel digital zoom,
zoom out to the minimum digital zoom position
and press
W.

Control the quality of the display in the monitor.
Choose
STANDARD
for improved display quality,
POWER SAVE
for increased battery life, This op-
tion has no effect in playback mode, high-speed
shooting mode, or movie mode.

Digital zoom produces lower quality images than opti-
cal zoom.
