Creating Custom Softkeys

Developers can link arbitrary URIs to softkeys in the XML screens and can
invoke softkey behavior to each XML screen type (Text Menu, Text Screen,
User Input, Directory). A developer can define up to six softkeys before the
closing tag of any object on the 480i/480i CT.
The following softkey functionality is available to the developer for the
purpose of reordering or preserving the default functionality of the XML
screens. The "Dial" function is available to screens that allow input. The
dial string for the "Dial" function is taken from the menu items URI on the
Menu Screen, and from the editor field input on the Input Screen.
