AMERICA'S REMANUFACTURING COMPANY 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Return the product to the retail location where it was purchased. A new or reconditioned unit will be provided. The
exchange unit is warranted for the remainder of your product's original warranty period.
If you have problems returning the product to the store from which it was purchased, contact ARC Customer Service
via email at warranty@arcaugusta.com or support@arcaugusta.com. You should attempt to return the unit prior to
emailing the email address above.
Products remanufactured by America's Remanufacturing Company have a ninety-day limited "return to vendor" (RTV)
warranty. This product is warranted against failure due to a defect in materials or workmanship for a period of ninety
days from the date of original purchase. Proof of the original purchase date is needed to make a warranty claim. We
recommend you register your purchase by visiting https://www.arcaugusta.com/register-my-product.htm.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser owner only for products purchased for home use within the USA.
Should a defect occur, the ARC will repair or, at its option, replace defective unit/parts with new or rebuilt materials
without charge for either parts or labor.
Returning Your Unit to ARC:
1. Properly pack your unit. We recommend using the original carton and packing materials.
2. Include in the package a copy of the sales receipt or other evidence of the date of original purchase. Print
your name and address and a description of the defect.
3. Write the RMA number provided on the outside of the package.
4. Ship to the address provided by ARC.
What Your Warranty Does Not Cover:
Improper installation.
Failure of the product if it is abused, misused, or used for other than the intended purpose or used
commercially.
Products with original serial numbers that have been removed, altered or cannot be readily determined.
Rust on the interior or exterior of the unit.
Replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuit breakers.
Damage to the product caused by accident, fire, floods or acts of God.
Incidental or consequential damage to personal property caused by possible defects with this appliance.
Batteries.
Costs for removal and or installation of the unit for repair.
Cosmetic defects.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. To know what your legal
rights are, consult your local or state consumer affairs office or your state's Attorney General.
Exclusion of implied warranties: Except where prohibited or restricted by law, there are no warranties, whether
express, oral or statutory which extend beyond the description on the face hereof, including specifically the implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Use the cleaner to pick up dirt and dust particles. Avoid picking up hard or sharp objects that could damage the vacuum cleaner.
DO NOT OIL the motor or the brush roll. The motor and brush roll are permanently sealed and lubricated.
