Nozzle EPDM Installation Mounting instruction Before ALU 150/250 can be installed, a suitable height and position must be determined in relation to the vehicle's parking space in the station, see figure 1. NOTE! Recommended mounting height: H = 4–5 m Then assemble the whole rail using the enclosed jointing pieces, see figures 2–9. -

To get underpressure in the ducting system and avoid exhaust leakage, the fan should be positioned as near the duct outlet from the room as possible. Please contact your Nederman representative for advice on fan selection. NOTE! A lockable safety switch is recommended for the electrical system including the fan. -

Folgende Punkte regelmäßig mindestens einmal jährlich oder bei Einbau von Ersatzteilen auf sichere Befestigung, Verschleiß und Funktionsfähigkeit überprüfen. Befestigung der Schienenaufhängung. Om onderdruk in het leidingsysteem te verkrijgen en uitlaatlekken te voorkomen, moet de ventilator zo dicht mogelijk bij de leidinguitgang van de garage worden geplaatst. Een vergrendelbare veiligheidsschakelaar is aanbevolen voor het elektrische systeem met de ventilator. -

ALU 150/250 Fläktar Se figur 18. Fläkt ingår inte i anläggningen. Varje ALU-skena kan anslutas till central fläkt eller till en fläkt dimensionerad speciellt för anläggningen. För bästa funktion rekommenderas en fläkt per skena. För att erhålla undertryck i systemet och därmed undvika avgasläckage skall fläkten monteras så nära kanalsystemets utlopp ur lokalen som möjligt. ALU 150/250 Balansblock Balansblocket är försett med en broms (bremse) som skall vara i funktion så länge slang och munstycke, efter avkopplingen från fordonets avgasrör (køretøjets utstødningsrør), rör (beveger) sig horisontellt längs golvet. 6.2.1 Kontroll och justering av bromsfunktion Kontrollera att bromsen frilägges 0,1–1,0 m innan munstycket lämnar golvet och hissas upp vertikalt (se figur 23, A).
