IMPORTANT: for Countries where 220-240V voltage
is supplied by a two-phase system (L+L), the connec-
tion has to be made on terminals L and N anyway.
Power the tub by operating the upstream master switch (see
"Electric safety" chapter in the WIRING DIAGRAMS manual).
For information regarding the type of cable, the multiple-
pole section switch and everything concerning electric con-
nection, see the manual "ELECTRICAL DIAGRAMS".

Assembly of accessories

I ( 4 detail 1) Click the cover onto the spotlight unit (op-
tional).
i
I ( 4 detail 2) Secure the suction cover, supplied with an O-
ring, by tightening the screw.
i
I ( 4 detail 3) Press the flange cover onto the hydromas-
sage outlets.
Important: Keep the plastic cone-shaped key (C) required to re-
move the jet nozzles.
i
I ( 4 detail 4) For models with dorsal hydromassage, install
the rotating jets.
Make sure that the grooves under the cover are inserted into the
corresponding notches in the outlet unit.
i
I ( 4 detail 5) Fit the knobs on the air regulators as far as they
will go.
The knob can only be fitted in a specific position with respect to the
regulator pin: couple correctly without forcing the knob to prevent
damaging the pin.
i
I ( 4 detail 5) Attach the knobs to the pins of the air adjus-
tors, and turn them as far as they will go.
The insert of the knob must be in a certain position with respect to
the pin of the adjustor: not respecting coupling or forcing the knob
may cause the pin to break.
i
I ( 4 detail 6) In models with sanitation system,
MX 07 liquid from the bottle into the relevant tank.
We recommend you use the J-MX 07 liquid disinfectant proposed by Jacuzzi
Europe SpA and available from the authorised Service Centres or from au-
thorised Sales offices (1/2 litres packages). This has been suitably tested to
guarantee maximum efficiency with the doses expected by the equipment
mounted on the bath.
I If included, position the headrest on the back.

Checks

I Run a hydromassage cycle, again making sure that there
is no leakage, particularly in the hydraulic connections and
drain.

( 2) Empty the tub and permanently fasten the feet with the
screws (C) to the floor; also check that the middle feet (A1) rest
firmly on the floor.

INSTALLING THE PERIMETER LIGHT

(optional)
I To install the perimeter light, follow the instructions con-
tained in its kit.
NOTE: installation of the lights and electrical connection
must be done before installing the front panel.

Panel installation

(where present)
Methacrylate panel:
I Remove the protection film from the panel (where present).
Aura Corner 140-160:
i
I ( 5 detail 1) Apply the gasket with double-face tape (A)
on the inside of the wood edge,which first must be cleaned of
any traces of dirt.
Cut the excess part (detail 2).
Attach to the wood edge the metallic supports (B) using the t-
wo self-tapping screws (detail 3).
Nova Corner:
i
I ( 6a detail 1) Fasten on the inserts under the tub edge the
metallic supports (A), using the two self-tapping screws.
The metallic supports will be aligned with the outer edge of
the tub (detail 2).
For all models:
i
I ( 6b detail 3) Position the metallic brackets (C) perpendi-
cular to the tub edge. Then adjust the height using the ring nut
(D) (refer to the drawing for the respective measurement). Once
the correct position is reached, lock the metallic brackets using
the nut (E).
Note: Height adjustment of the metallic brackets refers to the
wood edge, whereas for Nova Corner it refers to the lower edge of
the tub.

I ( 6b detail 4-5) Set the front panel next to the tub, insert
it under the tub edge or in the groove of the wood edge. Match
the holes on the lower edge of the panel with the slots of the
metallic brackets and then apply the screws with indicated
washers. Move the brackets as required to place the panel per-
pendicular).
Finally, apply on the head of all visible screws the plastic caps,
as shown.
Final steps
(Aura Corner 140, Aura Corner 160)
i
I ( 7) Carefully apply silicon all along the edge at the points
of contact with the wall. Protect the surface with masking tape.
Be careful not to stain the frame.
If wood finishing strips and gaskets are to be installed (Aura
Corner 140, Aura Corner 160) proceed as follows:

I ( 8 detail 1) Cut the strips to size. Make sure that their
painted heads match with the outer edge of the frame.
Cut the strips at 45° on the side that will be positioned towards
the inner corner.
