Driver Installation for Windows
No drivers are required. These Windows
your MP650 into an available USB port and Windows
with a newly assigned drive letter will appear in the My Computer window.
Driver Installation for Mac
No drivers are required. Plug your MP650 into an available USB port and your computer will automatically
detect it.
Driver Installation for Linux
No drivers are required. Plug your MP650 into a USB port and mount it.
1. Create a directory for the Digital Music Player.
Example: mkdir /mnt/MP650
2. Mount the Digital Music Player.
Example: mount –a –t msdos /dev/sda1/mnt/MP650
Plug the Digital Music Player directly into a USB port on your computer. Connecting the Digital
Music Player through a USB hub is strongly discouraged.
Audio files (MP3/WMA/WMA-DRM10/WAV) must be no more than 4 folder levels away from
the "[/Root /] " directory. The MP650 is limited to 128 characters for a file name.
NEVER format your MP650 in Windows.
