Troubleshooting Test A - Battery Protection
Cut-Out
Before starting this procedure:
■ Make sure the DC supply voltage to the refrigerator is correct:
■ at 12 VDC - 10.9 to 17.0 volts.
■ at 24 VDC - 22.7 to 31.5 volts.
■ If the DC supply voltage to the refrigerator is between 17.0
VDC and 22.7 VDC, the refrigerator will NOT operate.
■ Make sure no other appliance or lighting circuit is connected to
the refrigerator DC circuit.
Remove refrigerator from
enclosure, but do not
disconnect DC power cord.
Inspect the 15A fuse. One
may be in the refrigerator
wire harness as well as the
vehicle.
Is the
fuse good?
YES
Turn thermostat to the
coldest "5" setting.
Check DC voltage at
DC power cord.
Is DC
voltage OK?
YES
Check DC voltage at
DC socket.
