Adjusting the ringer volume
About this task
Use this procedure to increase, decrease, or mute the ringer volume. You can adjust the ringer
volume while the phone is idle or while it is ringing. Ringer control switch is present on the right
side of the handset.
Procedure
Do one of the following:
• To increase the ringer volume, move the switch to

Retrieving voice mail messages
About this task
The Message Waiting Indicator flashes to indicate when you have a voice message.
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
• Dial the appropriate access code.
• Press the appropriate voice mail button.
2. Follow the voice prompts to access the voice mailbox and retrieve your messages.
After you retrieve your messages, the Message Waiting Indicator stops flashing.
