Long rounded-end VHF element piece
Find the two longer VHF element pieces with
rounded ends. Insert the hollow end of one of these
VHF element pieces into the bottom hole on one
side of the combo box until it contacts the screw
threads inside this hole. Then screw this element
tightly into place.
Repeat with the second longer rounded-end VHF
element piece on the other side of the combo box.

Long hollow-end VHF element piece
Find the two long hollow-end VHF element pieces.
Insert one end of each piece into the top holes on
either side of the combo box. Once the hollow end
contacts the screw threads inside this hole, screw
the element tightly into place. Then repeat with the
other long hollow-end VHF element piece.
The two remaining VHF element pieces should have
one rounded end and be slightly shorter than the
other rounded-end pieces.
Screw the threaded end of one of these VHF
element pieces into one of the installed hollow-end
VHF elements.
Repeat with the other remaining VHF element piece
on the other side of the combo box.
