The selected programme type is dis-

selected programme type will then be

Select a programme type using the

The HICUT function improves the sound
when radio reception is poor (FM only).
When interference is being experi-
enced, the treble is automatically cut,
which therefore also reduces the level
of interference.
Press the MENU button :.
Keep pressing the
9 until "HICUT" appears in the

switch HICUT on/off.
"HICUT 0" means that treble will not be
reduced, and "HICUT 1" means that tre-
ble will be reduced.
