Installing the Axle Bumpers
and Bumper Brackets (Cab
Machines Only)
Parts needed for this procedure:

Axle bumper
1
Left bumper bracket
2
Right bumper bracket
2
Locknut
Procedure
1. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 lock washers, and 2 washers
from the bracket shown in
hardware.

3. Bolt
2. Install an axle bumper onto the left bumper bracket
and secure with a locknut
3. Use the existing hardware you removed to attach the
bracket to the machine
1. Axle bumper
2. Locknut
4. Adjust the axle bumper to ensure it will contact with
the cab's vertical post and the deck will clear open side
windows when the cutting units are raised.
5. Repeat the procedure for the right bumper bracket on
the right side of the machine.
