Before You Begin

CAUTION: Risk of product damage. Do not lift the whirlpool by the piping or pump, or use the
piping or pump for structural support of the whirlpool.
We recommend this whirlpool for corner installation.
Inspect the whirlpool for damage before you begin installation.
You must install this whirlpool to an adequately supported, level subfloor.
Confirm adequate support for a rim-mounted faucet; large faucets that may be inadvertently used
as a means of support are not appropriate or safe for this installation.
You must have all required components (whirlpool, receptor/bench, apron, and/or end panel) at
the job site before beginning the installation.
Do not tighten hardware or secure the nailing-in flanges until instructed to do so.
If you are combining this whirlpool with a receptor, bench, apron, and/or end panel, be sure to
install in this order:
• 1. Attach the bench (if used) to the receptor, and install the receptor.
• 2. Install the whirlpool, and attach to the receptor.
• 3. Install the end panel to the whirlpool.
• 4. If used, install the optional apron to the whirlpool.
• 5. Tighten all the hardware, and secure the flanges.
• 6. Install the shower door to the receptor.
