Overview of work steps with service log

1 Switch off device, Emergency-switch off
2 Close gas feed,
3 Remove jacket and combustion area housing
4 Remove the electrical connections on the fan, sensors
and electrodes
5 Remove combustion chamber cover from above.
6 Clean burner as needed
7 Clean hot water heat exchanger
8 Clean condensate sump
9 Clean mixing chamber as needed
10 Check combustion chamber insulation for damage
11 Check gaskets, replace as needed and lubricate with silicon grease
12 If neutralization is present, refill with granulate
13 For enameled hot water storage, check magnesium sacrificial anode every 2 years
14 Reassemble device
15 Clean siphon, fill, mount, and ensure firm seat
16 Decalcify hot water heat exchanger as needed
17 Deline SHW-non-return valve if required
18 Clean hot water sieve
19 Check expansion vessel if there is water loss
20 Open gas feed, switch device on
21 Check for gas leaks
22 Check for exhaust system leaks
23 Check starter
24 Check the interplay with control accessories
25 Measure exhaust gas at chimney sweep mode
26 Gross exhaust gas temperature
27 Intake air temperature
28 Net exhaust gas temperature
29 Carbon dioxide content (CO
30 Or oxygen content (O
