Checking condensate drain and cleaning the trap...
1. For easier access, undo 2 screws and remove the
mains distributor box.
Note
If the module layout allows, the l.h. side panel can
also be removed for easier access. See page 44.
2. Remove the black supply hose.
3. Pull off the drain hose towards the back.
4. Push the trap from the clip towards the back.
5. Clean the trap.

1. Insert the burner and tighten screws
Torque: 1.6 Nm
2. Fit gas supply pipe

Torque: 30 Nm
3. Check the gas connections for leaks.
Danger
Escaping gas leads to a risk of explosion.
Check the fitting for gas tightness.

6. Fill trap with water and refit.
7. Refit the hoses.
8. Check connections.
Note
Route the drain hose without any bends and with a
constant fall.
9. Refit the mains distributor box.
Torque for fixing screws 1.5 Nm
4. Connect the cables/leads:
■ Fan motor A
■ Ionisation electrode
■ Ignition unit
