Close the Controller cover. While pushing the buttons of Ⅲ and Ⅳ, continue to push the On/off button for more than approximately three seconds.     EP3513 ORDER NO.HPD0509U24C1 6. DISASSEMBLY Removing the Rear cover Unscrew two screws on the Rear cover top and two pushturn rivets and remove the Rear cover top pulling it. Unhook the hook fixing the Rear cover bottom and the Rear cover fixing plate.

Caution in assembly - Install the Rear cover top & bottom so that the installing hooks are hooked inside (on the top side two hooks, on each left/right sides three hooks.).

Move the Massage mechanism block upward and remove it from the Back frame. When you install the Massage mechanism block, execute the reverse procedures.

REMOVING THE CONTROLLER STAND Unload the Controller from the Controller stand and unscrew four screws on the Controller stand. 6.3.2. REMOVING THE ARMREST Unscrew one screw on the Plug cover on the back of the Armrest and remove the Plug cover and the Hose.

Remove nine Push-turn rivets on the Under cover right/left. 6.4.2. REMOVING THE SIDE INNER COVER Proceed all the procedures of 6.3.1.

  • Page 26 EP3513 ORDER NO.HPD0509U24C1 6.5. REMOVING THE UNDER BOX & UNDER BOX COVER Proceed all the procedures of 6.4.1. REMOVING THE UNDER COVER. Put the Ottoman on the box (1 foot/30cm) and unscrew three screws on the Under box top left and float the Under box top left.

Unhook the Hooks on both sides, which connect the Seat to the Under pipe. Remove seven Push-turn rivets and unhook a Hook, which connect the Seat and the Ottoman.

Caution in installing Be careful of the directions of the Hose clamps as the Figure when connecting the Hose to the Seat side air bag.

Proceed the procedure of 3 of 6.7.REMOVING THE SEAT and unzip the Zippers connecting Seat and the Ottoman and remove the Push-turn rivets.
