3. Remove the centrifugal clutch. Refer to
and install the centrifugal clutch on page 27 .
4. Put the flywheel removal tool (A) around the flywheel
to lock the flywheel. Refer to
11 .

5. Use a wrench (B) around the square tube (C) of the
flywheel removal tool to lock the flywheel removal
tool.
6. Remove the flywheel nut with a socket wrench.
7. Use the flywheel puller kit to remove the flywheel
from the crankshaft. Refer to
11 .
8. Examine the flywheel for damages and replace the
flywheel if it is necessary.
9. Install in the opposite sequence.

6.12 Fuel tank

6.12.1 To do a tank venting test
1. Drain the fuel tank.
2. Remove the transparent fuel hose from the
carburetor and connect it to the pressure tester.
Refer to
Servicing tools on page 11 .

3. Tighten the fuel tank cap fully.
4. Increase the negative pressure in the tank. If the
negative pressure holds, replace the fuel tank cap.
6.12.2 To clean and examine the fuel filter
1. Remove the fuel tank cap.
2. Use a hook to pull out the fuel hose (A) and the fuel
filter (B) from the fuel tank. Refer to
on page 11 .
3. Examine the fuel hose for cracks and leaks.
4. Clean the fuel filter with a brush. Replace the fuel
filter if it cannot be cleaned fully.
