CROSS CUTS
Cross cuts are straight 90° cuts made with
the bevel angle set at 0°. Make sure the saw
is unplugged before making any adjustments.
Set the depth adjustment to the proper depth
for the material to be cut. Mark your cutting
line on the tile with a marker. Make sure the
workpiece is secured before cutting.
Turn the water supply valve to ON. Line up
the 0° cutting line guide with the marked line.
Start the saw and slowly and smoothly move
the saw forward and follow your line straight
across the tile. If you stray from your cutting
line, do not try to force the saw back to your
line. Shut the saw off and when the blade
stops, back the saw up. Start the saw again
and slice off a small amount of material until
you are lined up with the line again. Once the
cut is completed, turn the water supply valve
to OFF.
When cutting is interrupted, to resume
