For managing all the functions of the fun-
ctions of the boiler refer to the Aldes manual
for control panel and boiler.
Both instructions supplied with the caravan.
The system mainly comprises an control panel, LPG
boiler, radiator loop with convectors, waterborne under-
floor heating, circulation pump and expansion tank.
The control panel is located behind the right door in the
upper cabinet right front.
The boiler is located in the front left bed box. The boiler
is equipped with a 3 kW electric heater, a water heater
and a 12 V circulation pump.
12 V circulation pump
In order to use the electric heater at full power, a 16 A
fuse is required in the electric post.
In most models, the expansion tank is located in the
wardrobe in which the caravan's battery is installed. In
some models it is located in the adjacent wardrobe.
Some caravans also have a 12 V circulation pump mounted
in the lid of the expansion tank.
NOTE! The heating system in the caravan can be used
without that the fresh water system been filled.

Temperature sensor heating

The main temperature unit is located behind the panel above
the door. It becomes very warm during cooking or when
there are many people in the front part of the caravan and
there is no need in extra heating. It means that it is too cold
in the bedroom in the back. In this case, you can change
the thermostat control to the sensor located in the bedroom.
The switching is done from the control panel for heat
(see Aldes instructions for the control panel "Settings
room sensor").
In winter it is also important that even the heating in the
caravan is turned on if a so called "Spike tent" (with own
heating element) are connected to the caravan to prevent
condensation from entering the caravan. Too high hea-
ting in the "Spike tent" affects the thermostat inside the
caravan so that the heating in the caravan is switched off.
It is important that the heating in the caravan is higher
so that the circulation in the caravan will work properly.
The risk of condensation on windows and doors increases
with poor circulation inside the caravan.
Remedial measures on the LPG system must
be performed by an expert.
The LPG bottle must be switched off before
driving with the caravan. You are not allowed
to drive with the LPG apparatus lit.
