Adjustments And Settings Using the Menu

SCREEN CONTROL Menu

The SCREEN CONTROL menu is used for adjusting
the picture size, position, etc.
Select the setting item with the V or v key, then adjust
the level or change the setting with the B or b key.

* WIDE MODE is displayed only for ADN-8118.
SCREEN BRIGHT (brightness)
Adjusts the brightness of the screen.
The adjustment level is digitally displayed, with the
range of MIN, 1,2.....14, MAX.
The higher the setting, the brighter the screen.
The lower the setting, the darker the screen.
H (horizontal) SHIFT
Adjusts the horizontal position of the picture.
The adjustment level is digitally displayed, with the
range of MIN, 1,2.....99, MAX.
At high settings, the picture moves to the right.
At low settings, the picture moves to the left.
V (vertical) SHIFT
Adjusts the vertical position of the picture.
The adjustment level is digitally displayed, with the
range of MIN, 1,2.....99, MAX.
At high settings, the picture moves down.
At low settings, the picture moves up.

WIDE MODE (ADN-8118 only)
Selects the wide screen mode.
STANDARD: To display a 4:3 aspect ratio picture to
fill the vertical direction of the screen.
FULL: To display a picture to fill the whole screen
with 16:9 aspect ratio.
ZOOM: To display a picture to fill the horizontal
direction of the 16:9 screen. (The picture will be
off screen at the top and bottom.)
ZOOM SIZE
ADN-8118: Adjusts the picture size in the selected
wide screen mode.
The adjustment level is digitally displayed as 1, 2,
3 or 4. The higher the setting, the larger the
picture.
ADN-8126: Adjusts the picture size.
The adjustment level is digitally displayed as 1, 2,
3 or 4.
Note
When the 31.5k/60 Hz signal is input from the INPUT
A connectors, the adjustment level is digitally
displayed as 1 to 4 for video mode and 5 to 8 for VGA
mode. The higher the setting, the larger the picture.
COLOR MATRIX
Changes the chromaticity levels. Selects while
monitoring the color of the picture for your preference.
1: LED chromaticity level (No change to the
chromaticity level)
2: Changes to the chromaticity level for NTSC
3: Changes to the chromaticity level for EBU
