LIMITED WARRANTY

The FLOW COUPLER Monitor is warrantied for one year from the date of shipment from Synovis MCA against defects in materials and workmanship. Defective GEM FLOW COUPLER
Monitors will be repaired or replaced, at Synovis MCA's option, when returned prepaid to Synovis MCA within this year. The customer assumes full responsibility that this equipment
meets the specifications, capabilities and other requirements of the customer. Synovis MCA makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose except as provided herein. The customer
assumes full responsibility for the proper installation, operation and maintenance of this equipment as described in this manual as well as other instructions that may be provided by
Synovis MCA. This warranty is void if the equipment has been mishandled, operated outside of its specified operating or environmental limits or otherwise subjected to improper or
abnormal use.
