AT+CLIP=<n> TA enables or disables the presentation of the CLI at the TE. It has no effect on the execution of
the supplementary service CLIP in the network.

When CLIP is enabled at the TE (and is permitted by the calling subscriber), an unsolicited result
code is returned after every RING (or +CRING: <type>) at a mobile terminating call.
