Description
Enter the telephone number and subaddress assigned to the ISDN data call
for the router. This number is used as the outgoing Calling Party Number
(CGPN) for ISDN data calls. Enter up to 19 digits, plus 5 digits for the
Subaddress. Do not include dashes ( - ) or spaces in this field.
Enter the telephone number and subaddress assigned to the each A/B
Adapter (Phone 1 & 2). These numbers and subaddresses are used as
outgoing Calling Party Numbers (CGPN) for the A/B Adapter calls.
Enter the prefix number if the router is connected to an ISDN PABX. This
number is added to all outgoing calls and should be no longer than three digits.
Enter the S/T bus number if the router is connected to an ISDN PABX.
There are three options in this field:
• Multiple Subscriber Number (MSN): A digital call is answered when there is
a match for the ISDN data number. An analog call is answered by the A/B
Adapter 1 when there is a match for the A/B Adapter 1 number. An analog
call is answered by A/B Adapter 2 when there is a match for the A/B Adapter
2 number. If there is not an A/B Adapter 1 or 2 number specified, analog calls
are not answered.
• Called Party Sub-Address (CDSA): A digital call is answered when there is
a match for the ISDN Data subaddress. An analog call is answered by the
A/B Adapter 1 when there is a match for the A/B Adapter 1 subaddress.
An analog call is answered by A/B Adapter 2 when there is a match for the
A/B Adapter 2 subaddress. If there is not an A/B Adapter 1 or 2 subaddress
specified, the analog call is not answered.
• Don't care - all numbers accepted: All digital calls, including global calls
(without CDPN and CDSA in the call setup) to any CDPN (Called Party
Number) are answered. All analog calls are routed to A/B Adapter 1 or A/B
Adapter 2, or not answered. This process depends on the setting of Analog
Call Routing. All global analog calls are either accepted or ignored
depending on the setting of Global Analog Call.
All analog calls are routed to A/B Adapter 1 if the setting is A/B Adapter 1.
All analog calls are routed to A/B Adapter 2 if the setting is A/B Adapter 2.
If the setting is Ignore, analog calls are not answered.
All global analog calls are answered and routed to A/B Adapter 1 or A/B
Adapter 2 (the setting in the Analog call routing field) if the setting is Accept.
Global analog calls are not answered if the setting is Ignore.
