[ Ambisound Setup ]
Change the Ambisound setup by selecting
the room environment and rear speakers
placement.
Tip

[ HDMI Audio ]
When you connect this unit and TV with
HDMI cable, select the audio output
setting for this connection.
•
[ On ] – the sound is output through
both your TV and this speaker system.
If the audio format on the disc is not
supported, it will be downmixed to
two-channel sound (linear-PCM).
•
[ Off ] – disable audio output from
your TV. The sound is only output
through this speaker system.
[ Speakers Volume ]
When all the speakers are not placed in an
equal distance from the listening position,
change the volume level of the speakers so
that for those placed closer to the listening
position will not sound too loud.

To start, press OK.
2.
Select a speaker in the menu, then
press b B to adjust the volume level.
3.
Press OK to confi rm and exit.
Tip
•
The test tone is emitted from the speaker while
adjusting volume level.
[ Speakers Delay ]
When the centre or rear speakers are
placed closer to the listening position than
the front speakers, set the delay time for
these speakers so that the sound outputs
from all speakers reach the listening
position at the same time.

To start, press OK.
2.
Select a speaker in the menu, then
press b B to set the delay time.
3.
Press OK to confi rm and exit.
Tip
•
1ms setting for every 30cm distance between the
speaker and the listening position.
[ Night Mode ]
Make loud sound level softer and soft
sound level louder so that you can watch
the DVD movies at a low volume, without
disturbing others.
•
[ On ] – for quiet viewing at night
(DVDs only).
•
[ Off ] – enjoy surround sound with a
full dynamic range.
