To set parental ratings
Some digital broadcasters rate their
programmes according to age. You can set your
TV to display only programmes with age ratings
higher than your child's.

In the [Child lock] menu, select [Custom
lock] .

Press to enter.

to select [Parental rating] .

Press or to select an age rating.

Press MENU to exit the [Child lock]
menu.

Use subtitles

You can enable subtitles for each TV channel.
Subtitles are broadcast via teletext or DVB-
T digital broadcasts. With digital broadcasts,
you have the additional option of selecting a
preferred subtitle language.
Enable subtitles on analogue TV
channels

Select an analogue TV channel.

Teletext on the remote control.
Press

Enter the three- digit page number of the
subtitle page.

Teletext to switch off teletext.
Press

Press MENU on the remote control
and select [TV menu] > [Features] >
[Subtitle] .

Press to enter the list.

Press or to select [On] to display
subtitles always or [On during mute] to
display subtitles only when the sound is
muted with the
control.

Press OK to return to the [Features]
menu.
Note
•
You must repeat this procedure to enable subtitles on
each analogue channel.
