START
Perform Diagnostic Prechecks.
Leave DC supply connected and
remove unit from its enclosure.
Inspect unit ventilation. Max
operational ambient temperature is
131° F (55° C). Is ventilation adequate?
Is the unit free from an overload of hot
items?
Yes
Check the voltage at the DC
connector. Is the voltage within
range?
12 VDC: 10.4 VDC -15.4 VDC
Yes
Is unit overloaded?
No
Is fan running and the coils clean and
not restricted?
Yes
Replace cooling unit.

Repair DC supply voltage, test unit.

Reduce load on unit.
Yes
Replace power control module.
No
Four 1/4 second flashes, pause, repeat.
Four (4) 1/4 second fl ashes, pause,

Possible Cause:
If the refrigeration system is too heav-
ily loaded, the motor can not maintain
minimum speed (1850 rpm).
