5. Conversion Rating Plate

1. Enter the required information on the conversion rating plate label (shown below):

2. Affix the conversion rating plate label on top of the existing rate plate. DO NOT cover up the certification
logos on the existing rating plate.

6. Canadian High Altitude Installation Setting Procedure

All settings/adjustments must be performed by a qualified Service Technician. The conversion shall be carried
out by a manufacturer's authorized representative, in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer,
provincial or territorial authorities having jurisdiction and in accordance with the requirements of the
CAN/CGA-B149.1 or CAN/CGA-B149.2 Installation Codes.
Canadian High Altitude Installations: Elevations between 2,000 ft and 4,500 ft (600 m and 1,350 m) must
complete the High Altitude Label. Place the completed High Altitude Label on the controller supporting frame, to
the left side of the rating plate.
