manuals (e.g. bearings, cooler, etc.) or in accordance with the particular system-specific
conditions.

Main service
Inspection interval for major inspection
The main inspection is conducted after approx. 16,000 operating hours or at the latest after 2
operating years.

– the equipment conforms to the stated electrical characteristics.
– the smooth running characteristics and motor noise during operation have not
deteriorated.
– the motor foundation has no indentations or cracks.
– the motor is aligned within the permissible tolerance ranges.
– all of the fixing bolts for the mechanical and electrical connections are tight.
– The winding isolation resistances are sufficiently high.
– cables and insulating parts and components are in a good condition and are not
discolored.
NOTICE
Any inadmissible deviations from these requirements detected during this inspection
must be rectified immediately.
