Troubleshooting

Problem
PWR LED doesn't light
No video or audio
Unable to switch input
Has video but no
audio
Possible Solutions
• Make sure the AC adapter is plugged
in.
• Make sure the A/V device's power cord
is plugged in properly.
• Try another device in case the fi rst one
isn't working.
• Make sure the HDMI cable is not
damaged.
• Make sure all devices in the signal-
chain are HDCP compliant.
• Turn off the TV, then turn it back on.
• Make sure nothing is preventing the
button from being pressed.
• Unplug the AC adapter; then plug in
the AC adapter again.
• Make sure your TV's input is set to
HDMI.
• Make sure your HDMI cable is version
1.1 or higher.
• Select your input source again.
• If the TV can only support 2-channel
audio, change the source device's
audio settings to "2-channel (PCM)"
output.
• Turn off the TV, then turn it back on.
