TROUBLESHOOTING

Solution
Delivery system is plugged. Clear obstruction from
manifold and/or delivery system
Replace clutch lining or rotor
Verify correct mix ratio
Replace
Adjust tension
Too short delivery system, add more hose as
necessary
Passing oversized aggregate through valve seats
causing it to skip
Replace spring
Inspect fluid level. Verify using 30 weight motor oil
Replace piston rod
Loosen piston rod cross bolt
Overfilled. Reduce oil level
Cleanout lubrication box
Remove delivery system blockage. Adjust excessive
chain (slack) deflection
Align chain/sprockets
Replace material cups
Replace material cylinders
Verify using 30 weight motor oil
Check fluid level
Level machine
Inspect and service balls and seats
Inspect and clean manifold
