    1. No matter which recipe you have chosen, put the ingredients in one at a time as stated in the recipe. Breadmaker yeast is preferred when using breadmakcrs, thoroughly with the other dry ingredients. If you choose to use the delay function, do not let the yeast come into contact with any of the liquid ingredients.

After you select one of the above bread or baking functions, Press the “Crust Color” button to select your desired crust color - light, medium or dark. The “Crust Color” choice button will only work with the Basic, French, Whole Wheat or Sweet functions.
