Reversing the direction the door opens

Reversibility of the freezer's door
The appliance's door must sometimes be reversed to meet certain particular ergonomic requirements. The
door normally opens on the left (hinge on the right); if you wish to open the door on the right, you must
alter the direction in which it opens by following the instructions below.
To ensure correct installation, please carefully follow the
Drawing R5
instructions and perform the following operation in the
sequence indicated:
- Open the appliance's door completely.
- Open the freezer compartment's door F (Drawing
F
R5).
- Unscrew the fixing screw G from the bottom hinge

- Carefully pull the bottom part of the door towards
Drawing R6
you to remove the bottom hinge from its housing
(Drawing R5).
- Extricate the door from the top pin's housing

- To prepare the door, unscrew the door stop H (on
the left-hand side) (Drawing R6).
- Remove the hinge L from the bottom pin on the
Drawing R7
right-hand side (Drawing R7).
- Move the hinge L over to the left-hand side (Draw-
ing R7).

- Move the stop H to the right-hand side and screw
it into its housing (Drawing R7).
