    Machine Overview This printer has two power switches. The Main Power switch is located behind the Front Door. This switch controls the main power to the printer. NOTE: Only use the Main Power switch if instructed to do so. The Secondary Power switch is located on top of the printer. This is the preferred switch to use to power off and on the printer This switch is for the preferred switch to use to power off and on the printer.

  • Page 8 Maintenance - replacing toner cartridge Open the Front Cover. Locate the required Toner Cartridge - Black (K), Cyan (C), Magenta ( ), y ( ), (M), and Yellow (Y). Grasp the cartridge and pull it straight out of the printer. NOTE: Dispose of the cartridge as normal office waste or recycle it in accordance with local regulations.
