Scope
This document applies to the following Siemens DMS8000Danger Management Sys-
tem products:
- MM8000 Management Station
- MK8000 OPC Server for Subsystems
- NK8000 Networks
(With WW8000 Composer)
Target audience
This documentation is intended for the following users:
Sales Representatives are the first contact to the customer's buying center who es-
tablish the relationship. During pre-sales, they present the system to potential custom-
ers, focusing on unique selling propositions and benefits in order to acquire the pro-
ject.
Sales Engineers provide pre- and post-sales technical advice and high-level support
on product applications and solutions. They are often the key point of contact for cli-
ents, answering questions, providing technical advice and design solutions. They have
extensive knowledge of the products as well as the application and network environ-
ments.
